Pastor Angie is the Assistant Pastor of Door of Hope Church. She has served in the pastorate for 10 years as youth pastor, college pastor in New Orleans, evangelism in New Orleans, Mardi Gras outreach, and mission work in inner city Denver, Minneapolis, and Chicago. She is a graduate of Bethel Theological Seminary with MA degrees in Theological Studies and Christian Education. Her BA is from the University of Northern Iowa in Humanity and Fine Arts with an emphasis on the study of world religions.
Pastor Angie was born again at the age of sixteen and spent many years in bondage to sexual perversion. She was caught in pornography, masturbation, illicit sexual acts. It was during her later years of college and three years of Seminary that Angie fell into homosexuality and struggled with the question,
“Was homosexuality the will of God?”
Pastor Angie was completely delivered from homosexuality five years ago and has a desire to see others set free from sexual perversion. It is possible for CHANGE and we (those of us who do come out) do exist. It is my passion and desire to educate the church of the spiritual roots of homosexuality, myths behind homosexuality, to expose the gay agenda, and to help step people through deliverance and healing.

Offers Restoration and Hope through these services...

I know you understand because you like me have been there, because this is a basic human need. You have longed to be loved, longed to be held, longed to find safety and security, a place to belong. Each of us cries out from the depths of your heats for LOVE, for true love to capture us and carry us home! Yet in our desperate search for love many of us have settled for a counterfeit love. A love so fierce it has ravished our hearts, our lives and left us burnt, scorched and shattered! It has carried us to a place of destruction. It has left us with a desperation and many will spend their lives trying to quench this agonizing appetite.
Desperation, it is a scary place to be in; but it is a needed place we need to be in. Desperation creates within us such a hunger, such a longing, and such a stirring of the soul that we can not ignore. It whispers to us, grows within us, screams at us panting after the One thing that will satisfy. Look at the eyes on those people you pass on the sidewalk, in your neighborhood grocery store, in the gym, in the hallways of school and let me tell you, you can’t help but see desperation in the eyes of others. We are all desperate for something, we are in desperate need, in desperate need of a Savior. No lover, one night stand, pornographic picture will satisfy your desperation– it will only leave you HUNGRY! In our state of desperation, we some times forget that the only thing that will truly satisfy our desperation is the unconditional love of God. It is your turn to have your depression met at the cross of Jesus Christ.
You will thirst no more!
The Lord said to you while you were in your blood «while you were dying in your sin», “Live”! -Ezekiel 16:6 «insert mine»
